Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items may be refunded or exchanged. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom or personalized pieces are made to order with care and attention, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.No changes, returns, or cancellations.
The item is final sale and excluded from discounts and promotions.
