I need to update my review to a 5 star from a bad experience I had with my purchase, after contacting customer service they quickly got to me with no questions asked and in 3 days i received a free replacement and not only that, I received 2 other necklaces at no charge and a free chain with a beautiful cross and of course their fancy expression boxes that make it look extremely elegant. Thank you guys.
